It’s St. Patrick’s Day – one day of fun for us, apparently a three-day celebration in Dublin. The Happy Page has been featuring some Irish music from an album I particularly like, but I thought that on the day itself we needed a bit more than a single jaunty tune. So here’s a recipe for Bailey’s Irish Cream Cupcakes, which yes I am making today, and here is a video of an actual Irishman playing Turbo Dismount, Special NSFW Leprechaun Edition:
If you don’t have the time/inclination/skill to make cupcakes, be aware that the main reason we usually have Bailey’s at our house is for making milkshakes – one or two shots blended into a large mugful of milkshake is a wonderful thing.
