I chose this particular recipe because Mr. B – who has a lemon tree in his yard! – was thoughtful enough to include a lemon juice MEASUREMENT for those who don’t have access to fresh lemons.
Also: Be very careful handling the simple syrup while it’s hot, splashes can result in very painful burns.
